How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule a new appointment patients must
Log-in to the InSync patient portal: https://heliospsychiatryintouch.insynchcs.com
Click “Request an Appointment”. Appointment requests are then sent directly to your clinician who will confirm the appointment time.
Please note, until the appointment is confirmed by your clinician it is not scheduled.
Current patients who have not already received an invitation to our patient portal should email info@heliospsychiatry.com
How do I pay a balance?
To pay an outstanding balance, log-in to the patient portal, and submit payment via the section at the top of the page, or navigate to the billing section.
How do I add a new credit card?
To save a credit card or delete an old card, log-in to the patient portal, select “My Profile” from the menu on the left, and click “Add a New Card”
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please note that Helios requires that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled prior to 24 hours will be billed at the full amount of the appointment.
Requesting a Superbill
The InSync portal will allow you to pay outstanding balances, and download statements. To download a statement click on “Billing” in the left navigation, then select the “Ledger” option above the bill. Note: insurance companies often require details, so be sure to expand each appointment in the ledger by selecting the “+” option.
Requesting a Medication Refill.
We ask that you make medication refill requests at least 48 hours before you prescription is empty. Requests should be made via the InSync portal via the shortcut on the top navigation bar.
