Our Patient Portal and Scheduling Process
To schedule a new appointment patients must log-in to the InSync patient portal at https://heliospsychiatryintouch.insynchcs.com/ and click “Request an Appointment”. Appointment requests are then sent directly to your clinician who will confirm the appointment time. Please note, until the appointment is confirmed by your clinician it is not scheduled. Here’s how to book an appointment.
Step 1) Log-in
Visit: https://heliospsychiatryintouch.insynchcs.com/
Step 2) Click Request an Appointment
Step 3) Request one or multiple available times
This will send a request for an appointment to your provider: IMPORTANT: your provider must confirm the appointment time before the appointment is scheduled. Providers will confirm within 12 hours of receiving your request. If you need an appointment more urgently please email your provider directly.
